Rachel Westberg

Rachel Westberg serves as Assistant Project Manager at West Development, where she supports the successful execution of residential and commercial projects from preconstruction through final closeout. With strong attention to detail and a growing foundation in operations, Rachel plays an integral role in coordinating contracts, budgets, material selections, and subcontractor communications.

Rachel’s day-today responsibilities include managing jobsite progress, vendor proposals, permitting, and project documentation—ensuring each step is aligned with project schedules, compliance requirements, and client expectations. She also supports internal systems by leveraging digital tools to streamline workflows, schedules, and cost tracking across the project lifecycle.
Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management at Oakland University, Rachel combines practical field experience with emerging business insight, making her a valued contributor to West Development’s project delivery team.
