Scott Prough

Scott Prough serves as Director of Legal & Real Estate Development for West Development, where he provides legal, transactional, and strategic guidance across the company’s real estate and construction portfolio. As in-house counsel and a licensed real estate broker, Scott plays a key role in supporting both internal projects and external development partnerships.

He leads contract negotiations, oversees entity formation and investor fund structuring, and ensures legal compliance across all business activities. His work spans due diligence, financing agreements, tax incentive programs, and property acquisitions, helping the organization for long-term growth and investment success.

With a J.D. from Penn State Law and a B.A. in English from Miami University, Scott brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to complex legal and business matters. His work supports West Development’s continued ability to structure deals, manage risk, and create lasting value through well-executed real estate strategies.
