Robert “Bob” Davis

Robert (Bob) Davis serves as Vice President of Corporate Development for West Development and West Construction Services. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and property management, Bob leads the company’s corporate strategy in asset management, business development, and client engagement across a wide range of service areas, including construction, real estate, architecture, and retail-affiliated ventures.

Bob’s work spans feasibility analysis, budget development, marketing and promotional planning, lease-up strategies, vendor negotiations, and post-project evaluations. He also oversees the development and implementation of sales and outreach strategies designed to grow the firm's presence throughout Southeast Michigan

A licensed real estate broker, Bob specializes in property management, investment strategy, and market positioning for both commercial and residential assets. He brings extensive knowledge of housing regulations, fair housing compliance, and funding tools such as LIHTC, CDBG, MSHDA, and historic or brownfield tax credits, making him a valuable partner in complex, community-focused redevelopment projects.
