Brent Westberg is the CFO and COO of West Development and West Construction Services, and co-founder of TDG Architects, where he oversees the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of development and construction projects. With a degree in mechanical engineering and over 30 years of experience in real estate, design, and construction, Brent brings both technical expertise and strategic discipline to every phase of the company’s work.

A LEED Accredited Professional and recipient of multiple industry awards, Brent is known for implementing systems that enhance accuracy, streamline processes, and drive accountability across teams. Whether managing complex budgets, guiding infrastructure improvements, or aligning cross-functional teams, Brent helps ensure that every project stays on track—on time, on budget, and built to last.
