Christine Menig has served as Administrative Coordinator at West Development for over eight years, providing vital support across construction, accounting, and property management operations. She plays a central role in managing the day-to-day administration of multiple business entities under the West Development umbrella.
Christine oversees subcontractor compliance, new hire onboarding, project documentation, and financial workflows. She manages the preparation of project pay applications and sworn statements, tracks utility billing and property tax filings, and supports credit card reconciliations and invoice processing. She also leads the submission of compliance documentation for MSHDA, Section 3, and Labor Standards requirements—ensuring all reporting remains accurate and up to date.
With a meticulous eye for detail and a strong sense of organization, Christine helps keep operations running smoothly across departments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
